AI where fixed rules are not enough.
Weights and drawings we calculate with fixed rules. Calls, emails and incomplete enquiries are different: that is where AI helps to understand the content and hand it over cleanly to your team.
Sound familiar?
Calls nobody can take
When everyone is on site or at the machine, the phone rings out and the enquiry goes to a competitor.
Incomplete enquiries
Dimensions are missing, the material is unclear, quantities are buried in the text. Every follow-up question costs a day.
The same questions every day
Delivery times, order status, product questions: a lot of time for answers that already exist somewhere.
Four steps, clearly defined.
Pick one process
We start with the channel that costs the most time: phone, email or chat.
Connect your knowledge
Products, prices, delivery times and typical answers come from your documents, not from the internet.
Define the handover
What the AI answers on its own and what goes to a person, with the full context.
Test and improve
Test with real conversations, sharpen the answers, then keep monitoring.

Frequently asked
Do callers notice it is an AI?
We say so openly. The voice still sounds natural, and for complex requests a person takes over with the full conversation.
Does it work in English?
Yes. The phone assistant and the email sorting can work in English. The VDV project shown on our site runs in German.
Which AI model do you use?
We choose per task, for example models from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. We are not tied to one provider.
Does it replace staff?
No. It takes routine work off your team so they have time for advice, production and difficult cases.
